Jens Ullrich (born in 1968, Tukuju, Tanzania) studied at the
Düsseldorf Academy of Arts / Master class (M.A.) of Gerhard
Merz.
In 1999-2006 he founded the exhibition space Alexanderstrasse in
Düsseldorf together with Alex Jasch and Florian Baudrexel. In
2006/07 he taught at the UDK (University of the Arts) in Berlin. He
has been living in Berlin since 2008, where he runs the exhibition
space, Center.
