Stephen Dean (b. 1968 Paris) transforms commonplace objects into uncommon works of art. Selected solo exhibitions include the Baldwin Gallery in Aspen, Colorado, Exit Institute in Kosovo, Galerie Xippas in Paris and the Miami Art Museum. International group exhibitions include the Site Santa Fe Biennial in New Mexico, PK Gallery in Beijing, David Risley Gallery in London, and Roebling Hall in New York.

Stephen Dean lives and works in New York and is represented by the Sara Meltzer Gallery there.
