Recent Paintings

three years since our last solo show in london. so these paintings better be good and we hope they dont disappoint.. intuition, subconscious, literacy , film posters and atmospheric lighting can all combine hopefully into an imaginative piece of work... imagination, theres a word that isnt associated with contemporary art much these days.. well i guess we use it because we hopefully dont follow other artists but try and set our own standard of direction with its components... 

 

while working on these paintings; some are large as 8ft x 36ft over the lasrge three years we have also been collaborating with international fashion designer and friend jayne pierson on different collections all being shown at london fashion week over the last two years.. its been such a successful and enjoyable collaboration of work between us that musicians such as alicia keys and ellie goulding to our current work with british band 'all saints' all using and being seen in the works.. 

for me it has been important to explore other areas with the work that we do.. so from animation to fashion it helps evolve what we do in the studio..
