The idea of ‘station’ is fixed by the physical boundary and divided by spatial concepts, and defines the 20th century’s Zeitgeist. The 21st century is about this state of constantly changing space-time, and its energy activates imagination. A new paradigm of art blossoms.

Time consists of memories and events. Through the occult imagination, art transforms memories and events into culture, as a new prototype. This prototype expands into the collective cultural paradigm from an individual’s own private time. It is the 21st century’s new definition and reference for art, through networking.

This is a project about investigating critical and timely issues in contemporary art and researching the role of media in the reality of political and economic division. It shows events in the eyes of artists who came from East Germany or Eastern Europe.

This uses a cultural vision and solution for the current reality in South Korea, where political division and global capitalism co-exist. Media and images of freedom contributed to the unification of the East and West of Germany at the end of the Cold War. Since 1989, post-democracy and art have evolved and have a new cultural momentum.
