Austrian art after 1945 from Tyrolean private collections

APT artist Werner Reiterer is participating “Austrian art after 1945 from Tyrolean private collections”. An exhibition that pays tribute and commitment to making public what has previously been concealed. The activities of private collectors in their partnership with the museums is acquiring more and more significance. 89 artists from Absolon to Wotruba are each represented with one important work. Their paintings, sculptures and drawings document important innovative stages in the visual arts from the post-war years to the present day. The arrangement of the works provides stylistic groupings and an interpretation of international developments over seventy years.
