Casamario project with Intelligentsia Gallery is pleased to present "Embassies, Refugees and Manifest", a group exhibition of works by APT artist Jason Mena (lives and works in Mexico DF), Oliver Haidutschek (n. 1976 Vienna), William Lee (b. 1985 in Beijing), Ren Zhitian (n. 1969 Xishui) Garcia Frankowski (n. 1983 San Juan and n. 1985 Dundee), and Camille Ayme (n. 1983 Saint-Etienne).

A diverse panorama of narrative serves to dissect ray discursive positions of artists working around the world using Intelligentsia Gallery as a space to project their conceptual explorations. These prospects have a mapping of concepts and strategies critical, aesthetic and philosophical thought that materialize in various media.

Operating under the consequences of a global transformation in infrastructures and superstructures exchange value, 'Embassies, Refugees and Manifestos' explores the relationship between positions, strategies and methods of representation, dissemination and speeches, at a time of heavy media, changes in the overall interests and obscurantist dogmas.

Geopolitical and ideological hijacked territories, bombed and occupied by ideological hegemony, 'Embassies, Refugees and Manifestos' creates a profile of three critical states potentially range from accepted narratives and conceptual strategies of subversion.
Working in standardized formats, each of the artists explores the roles, metaphors, challenges and potential inherent in the dialectic of exhibition space in physical and virtual manifestations, while dissects the friction between visibility and representation, between building hegemonic discourses and ideological criticism.
