MA TERRA

APT artist AGNIESZKA BRZEŻAŃSKA is presenting her exhibition MA TERRA at the gallery Vera Munro.

For the first time the gallery Vera Munro will present paintings, drawings and sculptures of its new Polish artist. Known primarily as a painter, Agnieszka Brzeżańska works in many different mediums, including video, photography and ceramics. Her practice is marked by a performative quality to making. The works often incorporate at once abstraction, forms in nature and elements of language.

Brzeżańska has researched wildly in the fields of physics and spirituality. Her works investigate the holistic relationship between nature and art. Constantly there are cross-references from science to philosophy.
