The group exhibition The Thick Real is interested in relationships that artists with the force of the elements and the tangibility of the world.

She questions the need to plunge into the thick of things for the emergence of a work; the desire to switch from immobility to action, a gesture to embody and be subject to friction.

Bringing together eventful journeys and still crossed, she questions the place of sensible experience.

Dive or not to dive? How the artist comes into contact with things, with what energy, what courage? How can the desire to be a medium? What experience is it shaped carrier? What a gesture vitality is it a sign? What is the place of the event, of the danger?

And how the experience of the artist she engages in turn that of the one who receives the work? How intensively it perceives it this use of the world as reflected in the works? Where and how far he plunges in turn?
