“The Upcoming art - da un’idea di Alessandro Marena” part_2

The Association Alessandro Marena presents the second edition of "The Upcoming Art an idea by Alessandro Marena ", the gallery owner of Turin who died prematurely in the summer in 2013 only 36 years old, who, with his constant search gave opportunities to many young people and space talents of contemporary art. This year the Prize "Alessandro Marena" will be assigned to best among the seven artists already selected by curator Luca Beatrice.

The jury, headed by Franca Pastore Marena President of Alessandro Marena, along with Giulia Tosetti, Marco Enrico Giacomelli, Irma Ciaramella, Marina Paglieri, will meet on same day of the inauguration and will award during the evening, the winning artist, the Prize promoted and bestowed by the Alessandro Marena.

From this year it will be awarded a further prize "Rotary #Youth Art", offered by the Rotary Club Turin Crocetta (Club very sensitive to art and in particular to young art) in collaboration with the Association Alessandro Marena, as a contribution to participation in a residence artist. This recognition will be awarded to the one who stood out the most for talent and continued research. The exhibition will be hosted at the prestigious Ballroom of the Hotel Principi di Piemonte, during the week of Artissima.
