BIOGRAPHY

Born in Israel in at 1971, Azoulay studied at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, where he received his BFA in 2000 and his MFA in 2007. Additionally, he studied art history at The Hebrew University, Jerusalem in 2004, and art at the Minerva Academy of Fine Art and Design, Netherlands from 1999-2000. 

Recent solo exhibitions include Guided Imagery, Inga Gallery, Tel Aviv (2014); Good Eye, ARATANIURANO Gallery, Tokyo (2013); Frame, Frieze Art Fair, London (2011); I see darkness, Yaffo 23 Gallery, Jerusalem (2011); SUPERPARTNERS, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Tel Aviv (2011); Woman Becomes Tree, Inga Gallery, Tel Aviv (2009); The Osnat Mozes Prize for Young Artists Exhibition, The Jerusalem Artists' House, Jerusalem (2007); Nidbach 11, The Jerusalem Artists' House, Jerusalem (2003).
