Carolyn Castaño (b. 1971 Los Angeles, CA) received her BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1995 and her MFA from UCLA in 2001. Her recent exhibitions include It's Complicated at the Walter Maciel Gallery in Los Angeles (2009), and Video/Works by Carolyn Castaño at S.B. London (2008), with group exhibitions in San Francisco at Four Walls, New Langton Arts, and The Luggage Store. Her work was recently included in an international drawing exhibition at the UCLA Hammer Museum in Janua. Castaño lives and works in Los Angeles CA.
