BIOGRAPHY

Alison Brady is a contemporary artist who was born in Cleveland, OH in 1979, and presently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Brady received her BFA from the School of Art, Architecture, Design & Planning, Ohio, in 2003, and her MFA from the School Of Visual Arts, New York, in 2006.

Brady's work comprises of a series of color photographs that work to stimulate unconscious emotions, desires, and sexual compulsions, all unified within a dynamic that vacillates between the real and the fantasized.
