Sebastián Díaz Morales (b.1975 in Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina).

Selected solo exhibitions include-Insight, Solo presentation Feria Arco, Madrid, Spain (2017), Ficcionario IV, Museum for Gegenwartskunst Siegen, Germany (2016),Pasajes, Galeria Pepe Cobo, Lima, Peru (2015), Ficcionario III, Le Fresnoy, Roubaix, France (2015), The Means of Illusion at Calier | Gebauer in Berlin (2007); The Man with the Bag at the Miro Foundation, Espai 13 in Barcelona (2006); and 15000000 Parachutes at Tate Modern, The Projected Image, Collection Display in London (2004). Selected group exhibitions include Animated Paintings at the San Diego Museum of Art in San Diego, USA (2007); Territories de la Image at the Palais des Beaux Arts in Lille, France (2007); the Opening of the Berardo Museum in Lisbon, Portugal (2007); and Dark Mirror at Montevideo Time Based Arts in Amsterdam (2007). He has also participated in the 2006 Biennale of Sydney in Australia (2006); the Torino Trienalle in Torino, Italy (2005); the Biennale Shanghai in China (2005); and the 25th São Paulo Biennial in Brazil (2004). He is represented by carlier | gebauer in Berlin. Sebastián Díaz Morales lives and works in Amsterdam and Argentina.
