BIOGRAPHY

Byron Kim (b. 1961 La Jolla, California) completed his studies at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Skowhegan, Maine. Selected exhibitions include a collaboration with composer David Lang at the Max Protetch Gallery in New York, the Berkeley Art Museum  in Berkeley, California, the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, the Laguna Art Museum in Laguna Beach, California, and the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts.  Byron Kim lives and works in Brooklyn.

Kim is represented by the Max Protetch Gallery.
