Before me and after my time

On November 22nd the mural realized by APT artist Angelo Bellobono and Jack Criyng Raven Anderson will be officially presented at the Ramapough Tribal center in Mahwah, NJ, in occasion of the Natives Day. The mural, last step of the one year long "Before me and after my time" project, represents a deep symbol of the Lenape cultural heritage.

The Ancestral soil from the Lenape settlement caves in Inwood Park, Manhattan, has become the matter of this artwork through which the most ancient Lenape settlements in Manhattan are now reconnected to the current Lenape settlement in Mahwah.
